Hi, Rosebuddy!
Where did April go? Now that May is here, and if the sun gets to be a bit more neighborly this month, come and enjoy our outdoor patio--a perfect place for libations, good times and fabulous food! |

Rosebud Goes Green
As well as being people-friendly, we’re also environment-friendly. We’ve been recycling for years and now have joined our building’s new composting program, as well. We want to do everything we can for Mother Earth--and we know that you share the same sentiment. |

Thanks to You, Our New Menu is a Hit
We’ve received many suggestions to serve more "small plates" as part of our regular dinner offering. We listen! Starting this month, we’ve expanded our menu to include a selection of tapas-style items. Come in and enjoy a glass of your favorite wine along with our fantastic fish cakes, rib-eye steak strips, or our amazing antipasto. Of course, we still offer heartier courses for those diners with more of an appetite. Our chef extraordinaire, Michael Barnhouse, has created an exciting twist to our rib-eye steak; you’ve got to taste it to believe it. Also, get ready to be transported to a new culinary plane with our pork tenderloin, fresh seafood, pasta dishes, great salads and desserts. Oh, yes--our popular mac and cheese is still available. |

Our Walls Have a New Dazzle!
Each month, Rosebud introduces (and sometimes re-introduces) a Northwest artist. This month, our featured artist is Amy Anderson whose amazing mixed-media collection will enhance our rosy walls.

Recipe of the Month: Nectarine Dressing
Here’s a great dressing to enliven your green salads.
Halve and roast 8 nectarines.
Toss with olive oil and cool about 1 hour.
Blend with 1 c. rice vinegar.
Take half out and freeze for later use.
Blend the remaining half with 1 c. olive oil, salt and pepper.
